The fall we moved to Ajax, two years ago, we spent a lot of time adjusting, unpacking and getting settled. Last year, I'm not sure what happened, I wanted to go to Chudleigh's but we never did. This year I was talking to my sweet friend Shawn, and how I missed seeing her this summer. She talked about meeting half way, and I had already set to convincing Ken to go to Chudleigh's and after Shawn said she'd come, it all started coming together. And then Emily asked if I felt like apple picking and it became a party!!
I love my good friends, they bless my life. We had such a great day. We started with a picnic in the parking area. Then we went in, the kids played on the slides, the hay bales, the petting farm, the sand, the swings, the tractors. We picked apples, went on a nature walk, played on more hay bales and just had so much fun together. The weather was beautiful, the kids had so much fun together. I hope a new tradition has been born!
