Ciaran's 2nd Birthday Party

It stinks to live far away from people that you love.  In fairness we're not that far away from Ciaran, Zorana and Jason but it's just far enough that it's awkward with little people.  Visits are consequently few and far between, so when the invitation to Ciaran's party arrived, I made sure that we could and would go!

Victoria Day

My parents introduced me to Minet Point Beach in Barrie when Kate was a baby, I think we've been twice.  We didn't know what to do with ourselves this holiday Monday and it was supposed to rain but we thought what the heck, let's go to the beach. 

Such a lovely time was had, and the rain, it came after we got home!  YAY!

Alice is 3 months old (plus one day - don't tell anybody)

More Zoo Fun!

We went to the zoo zoo zoo... again.

 Alice is now officially 3 months old and well, this is not the photo I plan to use!!  Poor Alice was too tired to pose for photos after our momentous trip to the zoo.

Playing Luke and Maya Style

Today we had visitors!  My sweet friend Diane made the trip to Tottenham with her kiddies Luke and Maya.  When they arrived Alice was asleep and it was lovely outside so we decided to play in the backyard.  We opened the sand/water table.  Much fun was had, and well, when you're a little person much fun usually includes a mess - the more fun, the more mess.  We had so much fun that everyone needed new clothes, well except the Moms.  New clothing was not a problem for Kate (it's her house) or Maya - two girls live in this house.  Finding clothing for Luke, however just proved to be a source of amusement for the Moms!

 The bag and shoes just made the outfit perfect.
